Did you Know?
The Lombard Glen Golf Course is on land that was granted by the Crown to the family of American General Benedict Arnold in 1803. On the original 200-acre parcel, several heritage buildings were also constructed as the land was divided and changed ownership. Homes erected on Arnold family property include the William South House, the Robert Goodfellow House (1833), the McKinney House (1856) and the Peter Hunter House (1902). Located in present day Lombardy, this area is historically known as South Elmsley.
