This webpage is for those who received a letter concerning the 2023 iteration of the Site Plan Control Follow Up and Support Program. Please complete the below form to submit your property photos as outlined in the letter.
The photos that are required by the Development Services Department are as follows:
- A wide view photo of the shoreline
- Photos taken from the shoreline showing the dwelling(s) on the site
- Photos taken from the dwelling(s) to shoreline
- Photos clearly showing ALL buildings on site, especially any new buildings resulting from your 2019 Site Plan Control application
- Photos of any new landscaping, grading, or filling
