_{The Township engaged a local architectural firm, Altered Roots, to consult and design a new combined Portland Community Hall and Library building that is to be located at 24 Water Street, Portland, the same property where the former Portland Community Hall was located. This letter is to let you know how you can be a part of the process.}
A public consultation took place on August 22nd and Altered Roots will be reporting back to Council about the feedback received at that session and how it will shape the development of the building.

Just like the concept plan, the community will have an opportunity to again review and provide feedback on the next set of completed drawings. An open house has been scheduled for:
