This option to fly has become increasingly popular among flyers who are seeking affordable powered flight. In North America, ultralight aircraft now account for just over 20 per cent of the total civilian aircraft registered in both Canada and the U.S.

The club hopes this will become an annual event to give ultralight flyers in our area a chance to fly together, enjoy the field and the town, and give visitors to the event the chance to see many models of ultralights up-close.
