NOTICE OF REPEAL
By-Law 2024-64 Repeal By-Law Bast-1989-734 Gallagher Property
Notice is hereby given that, at the regular meeting of Council on July 2, 2024, the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Rideau Lakes passed By-Law 2024-64 to Repeal By-Law Bast-1989-734 that designated 14 Water Street, Portland (Gallagher Property) under Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S. O. 1990 c. O.18, as being a property of cultural heritage value.
This action commenced under Section 32 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. O.18 at the request of the property owner and was advised by the Rideau Lakes Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee.
