These will be 1 hr sessions of information and exercises to help you live your everyday life better.

Come spend an hour with Alice and learn easy home care exercises to help improve simple symptoms. These are casual sessions and will be based on learning how your body is working that day and what you can do at home to help.

Each session will address a different symptom, including motion sensitivity, jaw pain, neck pain, eyes, reflexes and more.

Every other Wednesday 7-8 pm at Morton Hall (13 Judd Street) starting January 14
