Delta’s Got Talent 2025

Delta United Church is proud to present the annual Delta’s Got Talent competition, taking place on Friday, November 14 and Saturday, November 15 at 36 King Street in Delta.
This exciting two-night event will showcase performances by talented musicians and artists from across the region, competing for a grand prize of $500.

How It Works:

  • On Friday evening, contestants will perform in front of our panel of judges and the audience will vote to select the top twelve acts.
  • On Saturday, the top twelve acts return to present a second performance and the three finalists will be selected.
  • The top three acts on Saturday will perform again at the end of the evening for the grand prize.
  • Finalists should prepare three distinct acts in total to be eligible for the prize.

Registration: Interested performers are invited to register by emailing or contacting Chris Whitty at 343-585-5277.

Judges: Returning for a fourth year, our esteemed judging panel includes:

  • Arie Hoogeboom, Mayor of Rideau Lakes
  • Rachel Marks, Executive Director of the SPARC Network
  • Dennis Whitty, Ottawa Valley Country Music Hall of Fame inductee

Host: Local singer/songwriter/entrepreneur Tao Hipwell.

Tickets: Admission is $25 at the door each evening. Doors open at 7:30 PM.

There will be performances by Tao, Dennis and other local artists, musicians and wannabees, so, whether you're a fan of live music, local talent, seeing some of your neighbours make fools of themselves, or simply looking for a lively evening out in November, Delta’s Got Talent promises entertainment and community spirit.
