Summary: Candace Lloyd, OCT, Métis Traditional Knowledge Holder, and Medicine Woman will instruct participants on how to create a tea, salt, or sugar scrub, and an infusion of oil from ingredients found on the land. This medicine-making workshop focuses on creating medicines from the abundance that Mother Earth provides for all. This workshop will also be an opportunity to learn about honorable harvest and use only what we need. Traditional Knowledge of medicines will be shared along with the stories of how medicine was introduced to the People, reflections on our own journeys seeking natural medicine.
