Summary: Join the Miss Bao crew for a fermentation and food preservation workshop! In this workshop you will get to make Miss Bao’s vegan kimchi and a second fermented dish using No.9 Gardens seasonal harvests. You will learn to make your own fermented vegetables using various preservation techniques and leave with jars of preserved deliciousness.
