DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Curbside Collection:</strong> All garbage must be in <strong>cle
 ar bags</strong> with a valid bag tag on each (3 bag per week limit). Black
 /dark bags will not be accepted for either curbside collection or at the Po
 rtland Transfer Station.</p><h3>Type of Material That Can Be Recycled</h3><
 p>&nbsp;</p><h5>Plastics #1-7 (including but not limited to):</h5><ul><li>W
 ater/pop/juice bottles</li><li>butter/margarine/yogurt tubs</li><li>plastic
  egg cartons</li><li>plastic bottles (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, ibup
 rofen, lotion, liquid soap, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salad dressing, p
 eanut butter, toilet bowl cleaner, laundry soap, disinfectant wipes, etc.</
 li><li>Brown, green, white flower pots – MUST BE CLEAN, absolutely no dirt 
 in them</li></ul><p>All recycling must be clean. Liquid and food are not re
 cyclable. Please ensure all recycling containers are rinsed and clean.</p><
 p style="text-align: left;"><strong>STOP!</strong> Just because it’s plasti
 c doesn’t mean it’s recyclable.&nbsp;</p><h5>Metal &amp; Aluminum</h5><p>In
